This morning I worked on a pet portrait...adding layers of washes and blocking in the shape of the body. I like doing several paintings at once so I can work on whatever skill is my strength at that particular time. This morning I needed to free my mind to create abstractly, and this is what I came up with. Some days I can focus on details more, and other days are about color exploration.
Always go with the creative flow, don't block or control.
